Treatments
Six clinically distinct programmes. One standard of care. Physician-led psychedelic-assisted therapy in Ibiza, designed entirely around the individual.
Psychedelic Therapy for Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Trauma, and More
You've probably tried other things. Medication. Therapy. Perhaps both together. Something has helped. But not enough.
That is not a personal failure. It is a clinical reality. Around one in three people with major depression, for example, does not respond adequately to conventional treatments. The same pattern exists across anxiety, PTSD, chronic pain, and trauma. Conventional tools are genuinely useful — and genuinely limited.
Psychedelic-assisted therapy works differently. Not as a replacement for what came before. As a different door entirely.
At Enthea Institute, we work with a specific set of conditions where the clinical evidence for psychedelic therapy is strongest. Every programme is medically supervised, individually designed, and supported by a specialist team present at every stage of the process.
Conditions We Work With
Each condition below has its own dedicated page with clinical detail, the evidence behind our approach, and an honest account of what the process involves. We recommend reading the one that feels most relevant to you.
What Every Programme Has in Common
The conditions are different. The approach shares a foundation.
Every Enthea programme begins with a thorough psychiatric assessment. We do not accept every referral. The first step is understanding whether psychedelic therapy is genuinely appropriate for your situation — and being honest with you if it is not.
If we proceed, the programme includes three phases:
Preparation. Before any session, we build the clinical and psychological foundation. You understand what will happen, why it happens, and what to expect.
Sessions. Medically supervised psychedelic therapy sessions with the full Enthea team present. Not a technician checking vital signs. Your psychiatrist, psychologist, and specialist nurse, in the room, throughout.
Integration. The session is not the treatment. What you do with the experience afterward is where transformation takes root. Integration therapy is not optional at Enthea — it is the structure that makes the work last.
This Is Not For Everyone. That Is a Good Thing.
Psychedelic therapy has contraindications. There are clinical profiles for whom this approach is not appropriate, and we screen carefully for them.
A rigorous intake process is not a barrier — it is the reason the process works. When someone enters a programme at Enthea, it is because we have assessed that it is genuinely right for them.
If it is not right for you, we will tell you. We will also, where possible, point you toward what might be.
How to Take the Next Step
Read the page for your specific condition — each one contains the clinical detail, the evidence, and an honest picture of the process.
